Today is day 206 of my 2025-365 Photography Challenge. Today's offering is a little different. I made my now favorite "Rich's Drunk Spaghetti". After a long week I cracked open a bottle of red and went to work making dinner. Some of the wine made it into the sauce. When I was young my Dad had a friend in Carson City, named "Crazy Jim". He would make spaghetti with Lancers Red Wine. I remember how good that was. Having a few glasses of wine while cooking can cause some problems. When I started my pasta water I went to salt the water and I grabbed the pepper instead. Oh well...Salt and pepper water for the win. Oh, I also burned the bread. I also jammed to Ozzy and Black Sabbath music while cooking. There is a cool dude on YouTube who has motivated me to learn to cook and just have fun. Sam The Cooking Guy...Thank you for your inspiration. This was not a recipe by him, but just my take on spaghetti. A huge thank you to my lovely wife for cleaning up my mess. I love you babe...
