This is day 93 of my 2025-365 Photography Challenge. Today's photo is very special to me. I met Chris and Bou over six years ago when they opened their new family-owned and operated business. The Sandwich Spot was a new East Elk Grove business that is thriving today. Sadly, Bou passed away in 2021 from an illness, and his wife Christine has continued to operate their business with family. Tomorrow, Friday, April 4th, is Bou's birthday. Chris and Bou quickly welcomed my wife and I in and treated us like family. I was able to spend a lot of time with Bou, and he left an incredible impact on my life. Today, I was able to stop by and talk with Christine and her amazing family. "Love All - Feed All" is more than a tag line. When you come into this business, you are treated like family...
